1½cupNon dairy milkI love to use a vanilla fortified soy milk but any non-dairy will work here. For the added vanilla taste, just add a splash of vanilla extract!
1cupWaterLess or more, as needed

2blocksFrozen spinachor two handfuls spinach (or favorite greens)
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
**Omitting the nut/seed butter will lower the calories greatly in this smoothie if need be but always remember: A satisfying smoothie really does work wonders!
